It's Official!!

We did it! We signed our lives away and are starting to build a house. It's been quite a lengthy process, but we are so excited to finally get started. We have wanted to build a house for some time but it was never "that time". We then decided that buying a house was our best option. After looking at what seemed like every house "For Sale" in Pocatello/Chubbuck, we decided we just wanted to build. We had already drawn a plan we really liked and now we just needed to find a spot to build. We searched around and found one in a subdivision close to where we live now!! Today we signed all the papers and our builder staked out our house on the lot. We are looking forward to experiencing this process. We started this blog to document this for us and anyone else interested.
